Assam Rifles Physical Standard Test(PST)
Physical Standard Test for Assam Rifles Recruitment 2023 includes the measurement of the height of all candidates and chest measurement of only male candidates.

- The minimum chest of male applicants hailing from the North-Eastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura and Gorkha Territorial Administration (GTA) above will be 77 cms unexpanded (minimum 5 cms expansion).

- For Male candidates: 5 km run to quality within 24 minutes.
- For Female candidates: 1.6 km run to quality within 8.30 minutes.
